Privacy Policy
Introduction
We take and respect the privacy of our website visitors and customers of our services as seriously as we take our own. We don’t do to others what we don’t want done to us: that is our oath, and it lies at the heart of everything we do. To that end, we will never sell or share your personal information, such as your email address, with anyone, period.
Please read this Privacy Policy carefully. By visiting and using this website, you agree that your use of this website, and any dispute over privacy, is governed by this Privacy Policy. Because the internet landscape is ever evolving, we may need to change our Privacy Policy in the future. Any changes will be posted on this website, along with the date of modification. By continuing to use this website after we post any such changes, you accept the Privacy Policy as modified. If you have any questions or concerns about our Privacy Policy, please use our contact form.
Please keep in mind that whenever you voluntarily make your personal information available to third parties online (for example on message boards, blogs, social media, email or chat), that information can be seen, collected and used by others besides us. We cannot be responsible for any unauthorized third-party use of such information.
What Information We Collect
This website does not require you to create an account or sign in. The only personal information we collect is what you choose to send us through our contact form:
- First and last name
- Email address
- Company (optional)
- Country and phone number (optional)
- The subject and message you write
We use this information only to reply to your inquiry and to discuss working together.
How Our Contact Form Works
When you submit the contact form, your details are sent to Web3Forms, a form-delivery service, which forwards them to our business email inbox. Web3Forms processes your submission only to deliver it to us. For how Web3Forms handles data, please see the Web3Forms Privacy Policy.
Log Files
Like most websites, our website is served by a hosting provider that keeps standard server logs to operate and secure its service. These logs may include:
- Internet Protocol (IP) address
- Browser type
- Date and time of the visit
- Pages requested and referring pages
We do not use these logs to identify you. To learn how our service providers handle privacy, please see their privacy policies:
- GitHub Privacy Statement (website hosting, via GitHub Pages)
- Google Privacy Policy (email)
- Web3Forms Privacy Policy (contact form delivery)
Cookies and Tracking
This website does not use cookies, analytics, advertising or tracking technologies of any kind, and our fonts are hosted on our own website rather than loaded from a third party.
Our website links to other sites, such as our LinkedIn page. Once you leave our website, the privacy policy of the site you visit applies.
How We Store Your Information
Messages you send through our contact form are stored in our business email inbox, hosted by Google. We keep them only as long as needed to respond to you and manage our business relationship.
None of this information will be sold or shared with anyone.
Our Apps
This Privacy Policy also covers users of our applications, including our mobile and desktop apps. Our apps do not collect, store or share any personal information, and they do not use analytics, advertising or tracking of any kind. If you contact us about one of our apps, the contact form sections above apply.
Removing Your Data
If you would like us to delete the information you have sent us, please let us know using our contact form. We will delete all previously received information, along with your request to remove it.
Affiliate Disclosure
Magical Tomato does not participate in any affiliate programs, such as those offered by Amazon, Facebook, Google or their affiliates. Should this change in the future, this Privacy Policy will be updated to disclose the affiliate program(s), what data is collected and how it is used, to reflect our commitment to protecting your data.
Your Privacy Rights
Worldwide
We work with clients around the world. Wherever we operate, we handle your personal information in line with the privacy laws that apply where you are. Wherever you live, you can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you using our contact form.
United States
Our website does not track visitors, so there is nothing for a browser’s “Do Not Track” signal to turn off, and our website behaves the same whether or not it is sent.
Our website and apps are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, please let us know using our contact form and we will delete it.
European Union and EEA (GDPR)
The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) protects the personal data of people in the European Union (EU) and European Economic Area (EEA). Where the data you provide to us is governed by the GDPR, Magical Tomato will abide by the relevant portions of the Regulation.
If you are a resident of the EEA or are accessing this site from within the EEA, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, deletion of, portability of, and restriction of or objection to processing of your personal data. This includes the “right to be forgotten.”
To make any of these requests, please get in touch with us using our contact form.
Australia (Privacy Act)
Magical Tomato operates in Melbourne, Australia. Where the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) applies, we handle your personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles. You can ask to access or correct the personal information we hold about you using our contact form. If you are not satisfied with how we handle a privacy concern, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
